Cylinder 5 Deactivation/Intake Valve Control Circuit/Open

The intake valve control circuit for cylinder 5 has an open or broken connection, disabling the solenoid. This prevents cylinder deactivation in that cylinder, reducing fuel economy. The vehicle will consume more fuel during normal driving.
