Cylinder 4 Deactivation/Intake Valve Control Circuit High

The intake valve control solenoid for cylinder 4 is receiving excessive voltage, which can overheat and damage the solenoid. This prevents proper cylinder deactivation and control. Engine performance will suffer and fuel economy will decline.
