Cylinder 4 Deactivation/Intake Valve Control Circuit Low

The intake valve control solenoid for cylinder 4 is being sent a weak or insufficient electrical signal, preventing valve control. This disables the fuel-saving cylinder deactivation feature for that cylinder. The engine will run less efficiently and fuel consumption will increase.
