The hybrid battery pack's charge level has dropped below the minimum safe operating threshold required for the vehicle to function normally. The battery cannot store or supply enough electrical energy to power the hybrid motor and accessories. The vehicle will run on gasoline engine only until the battery recharges, reducing fuel efficiency and performance.
