Sensor Reference Voltage "D" Circuit High

One of the engine computer's sensor reference voltage supplies is running too high, potentially damaging sensors connected to it. This is typically caused by a shorted wire or internal computer malfunction. Sensor damage may occur, causing multiple system failures.
