Exhaust Pressure Control Valve "A" Stuck Closed

The exhaust pressure control valve is mechanically stuck in the closed position and cannot open as needed. This valve is part of the exhaust treatment system, and when stuck, exhaust flow and pressure management are disrupted. Engine performance and emissions control will be affected.
