Cylinder 12 - Injector Leaking

The fuel injector for cylinder 12 is leaking fuel when it should be closed, allowing excess fuel to enter that cylinder. This causes that cylinder to run rich (too much fuel), wasting fuel and potentially damaging the catalytic converter. You may notice poor fuel economy, rough idle, or black smoke from the exhaust.
