Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump Control Circuit Low

The electric pump that cools the turbocharger's charge air cooler is not receiving enough electrical power to operate. Low voltage, a bad ground, or wiring fault is preventing proper pump function. The turbocharger inlet air will overheat without proper cooling, reducing power and efficiency.
