Charge Air Cooler Coolant Pump Control Circuit Open

The electric pump that cools the turbocharger's charge air cooler has an open circuit and is not receiving power. A broken wire, bad connector, or faulty pump motor is preventing the cooling system from operating. Without this cooling, the turbocharger inlet air becomes too hot, reducing engine performance and efficiency.
