Insufficient Coolant Temperature for Closed Loop Fuel Control

The engine coolant hasn't warmed up enough yet for the engine computer to switch into its efficient closed-loop fuel control mode. This typically appears shortly after starting a cold engine and should clear once it warms up. If it persists after the engine is fully warm, there may be a thermostat or coolant sensor problem.
