Radiator Coolant Temperature Sensor Circuit Low

The coolant temperature sensor is reading too cold or has lost its electrical signal. The engine computer thinks it's cold even when warm, causing rich fuel mixture, hard starting, and excessive emissions. The cooling fan may not activate when needed, risking overheating.
