Fuel Pressure Relief Control Stuck On

The fuel pressure relief valve is stuck in the open position, continuously venting fuel pressure and preventing adequate pressure from building. This causes weak fuel delivery, rough idle, and poor engine performance. The stuck valve needs to be serviced or replaced.
